[QUOTE="Indecisi0n, post: 4289412, member: 35289"] Ok this link gives a lot more detail to what happened. Since everyone is waiting on my every thought here they are. First off the truck should have never have been able to leave the highway where they stopped traffic. One officers was clearly able to block the off ramp and the others could have EASILY rammed the truck and or pit maneuvered it while having 4 open lanes to use. In this scenario if police had to open fire there would have been nothing on the other side of the truck to hit. Ok, now that they have the truck stopped and surrounded by innocent people caution definitely needed to be taken into account. I am all for police and allowing them to do their jobs, even if that means killing people but again you can't be reckless. Not only were there too many people on the opposite side of the truck to be hit but they were even using an occupied bystanders vehicle as cover as they shot which is in turn make the suspects fire back at that location further endangering the innocent occupants.
