Doubts about the ability to gain convictions and  severe budget constraints reducing prosecutors to having to ration prosecutorial resources limiting them to the cases that offered the greatest likelihood of gaining convictions.The aggressiveness with which they pursue convictions is limited to the amount of money they're given and some of the cases were dropped by Barr DOJ prosecutors which tells you that the lack of money not political ideology is the problem .</blockquote>
