The fact that you're there seeking those benefits conclusively proves the need for the creation of the program. Furthermore, what would this nation look like in the eyes of our political adversaries and ideological foes if we failed to care for our aged , sick and poor citizens, they would capitalize on it to the fullest extent in an effort to convince the rest of the world that our system of government is flawed , their system is better and will point the way forward for the entire world".</p></blockquote><p></p>
