What do you guys think?...
Just noise. They aren't walking.
Agree. They make 200k. Not gonna happen
I highly doubt that they would accept less than what the FedEx pilots get.
They will get a turkey.
They haven't had a contract for 4 years, I think. That is one heck of a retro check. Maybe bigger than our yearly wage.
They always play with their contract.
It's a lot harder to strike under the RLA. But there other ways to slow down and disrupt operations. The FedEx pilots had been doing this for a while before they had ratified their contract.
So the company will "fowl" things up?
Not for us. Hoffa took care of that.
Just in case they have been training scab pilots:
They will fire them UPS is multi billion dollar company they're beyond replaceable...
No they won't. We will be told to back them and walk also. Just like they did for us in 97. Although it will never come to that. It would be interesting to see how many are TRUE Teamster's if it did though.
I see a lot of late NDA in the near future.
Just goes to show you that the company is in no hurry to get the deal done. 4 years? We would have walked long before 4 years.
I hope they have wings.....so ya ....you know....they Can FLY
Don't quit your day job.
Maybe I'm mistaken, but it seems like we just went through this.
I vaguely remember them getting like a 6 year back pay check the last time. It took forever to get their contract settled.
