I remember hearing of a way to access your PTRS from home . If anyone knows could you please tell me how .? And is anyone else having problems with upsers asking for email ids and such

You need a token ring from TSG and they need to help you get set up at home. I am also having issues logging onto UPS'er. I have been in a running e-mail conversation with a Corp. TSG guy now for 9 months with no success. Losing patience.
