PVD deliveries not scanned as delivered

So I have UPS my choice and automatically upgrade surepost to ground. noticed all my UPS deliveries by PVD are not marked as delivered but transfer to post office. I receive the box but tracking shows delivered to post office. This has been going on for weeks.

We received it, was a v75 WW2 AGE proof, only 1945 minted, lowest ever.
