Question about getting paid for your option week

So I am a part-time package handler and I have an option week for the week ending in May 10th, for some reason I did not get my option week check yesterday and it did not show up on UPSers either, for the 10 or so years I have worked here I have always gotten it 2 weeks before, I put in my vacation and option weeks back during peak when it was going by seniority and my supervisor said they were a approved and everything, not sure what is going on with this because it has never happened to me before.
Management messes up these things all the time. Make them aware of it and if you do not receive it on Friday before you're scheduled off. Get with your steward and file a grievance before you leave. It's a premature grievance but doubt they'll NDA it too you by Sat so you're probably good.
Why not take the week off instead of getting paid for it.
He's part time. May not have that type of disposable income and like @Johney said later. Insurance.
Maybe he is taking it off.
Maybe I’m retar…. I mean slow

What makes you think he isnt?

Op - contact your sup. Have him check UPS time and labor vacation scheduler. If it's in there ask then to put in a payroll inquiry
Wow... that's a very intelligent answer. You must be a steward. Though even if he does that it's going to take weeks for an answer, so he's SOL anyways. Still... well done sir.
No insurance coverage maybe?
Hot damn... retired and still dropping knowledge. @rod pay attention. ;)
You sure some sup didn't use it as one of your vacation weeks?
Wally, this is the problem with having grass as a hobby. It don't grow fast enough to keep you busy. You're turning into @rod but he's funnier. :)
File a grievance. There is penalty pay for lateness.
Slow down speed racer. Article 17 NMA don't kick in till the Saturday before his time off.

Man I forgot how fun this place could be when it's not just non stop politics.

Yeah it's possible. Although you can't (as far as I'm aware) pre enter in individual days. Only when a sup is entering in today's hours can they select the sick day.
Option weeks (sick weeks) get entered into the vacation calendar as either a D, or O and Vacations are R
I take it back. You sound like a supervisor. ;)
