In my local your seniority date is the first day you went out with a supervisor on your qualifying route.

hey guys so today was my 28th day to qualify. Should I say something on Thursday (my 31st) or just keep working until I’m told I got seniority?
Is seniority date always the 31st or do they have a pre-planned date for each one?

No , keep your mouth closed and keep working . I'd rather have extra days than not enough before I said anything .
