At our center we have lost a number of full time drivers due to terminations and retirement. The company has hired about 5 more part time "cover drivers" and has not promoted the current 4 that have been driving for a while, some 5+ years! Can the company keep doing this? It seems Ups is leaning towards more part time employees so they can pay them less. Any other centers out there doing this?
