You signed on with fedex, and you deal with your employees in the like mind as fedex, except to a worse degree. I think you could be a better man than that sammy. If you have worked yourself into a crack where you can't leave a "partner" which you despise, you placed yourself in that position. Before screaming about injustices or inequity, look in the mirror and think of "your" employees.</p></blockquote><p></p>
