Retired but work part time

I’ve been retired for 2 years, just want to work part time November to Christmas. How many hours can we work a day? Union says to be under 1000 hours a year, since I didn’t work all year does it matter how many hours a day?

It may vary, but it’s 80hrs a month in the northeast. Nothing about per day that I saw.

He's been sick and lost alot of weight. Doctor told him to put some weight back on
so he's coming back to drive feeder.
