I think after all the theatics from the judge and Ritterhouse it comes down to this.Ritterhouse was not a deputized officer of the law. He was acting as a vigilante carrying a weapon he was not legally allowed to carry in a state he was not a resident of and knew protecting property does not allow the use of a weapon.  Video of him taken from a drone, and admitted into court, shows him raising his weapon first and the other people he shot were the ones acting in self defense. Not Ritterhouse.</blockquote>
