He reminds me of guy I train with named Mark Swart. He's a Duathlete, who's on his way as we speak to a Duathlon in Miami. This guy just came on the scene here in the Treasure Coast of Florida, and has been smoking the competition. Just yesterday he set a PR in the 5k and beat one of his arch nemesis' by 9 seconds, out sprinting him in the last 1/4 mile. Not too shabby for a 43 year old guy who's main sport was cycling 2 years ago. All this talk makes me wanna go out and run, LOL.</p></blockquote><p></p>
