Just yesterday he set a PR in the 5k and beat one of his arch nemesis&#039; by 9 seconds, out sprinting him in the last 1/4 mile. Not too shabby for a 43 year old guy who&#039;s main sport was cycling 2 years ago. All this talk makes me wanna go out and run, LOL.</blockquote>
