The loop was 4.7 miles and we wanted to do more so we showed up early and did a double to make it 9.4, finishing the first loop about 15 minutes before the start of the actual race so we had time to get our numbers 'n stuff. It was fun, neither one of us has raced in almost 3 years and even though we treated it like a long run with a tempo at the end instead of really trying to race it, it felt good to be back in that atmosphere. More importantly my knees felt great. I think Ms Jones won the Master's on the woman's side but we haven't seen any results yet.</blockquote>
