Jacksonville, which is a fast flat course. I'm about a week off because I did some down time due to injury, so todays run, at the pace I ran, should prove to be helpful. 3 weeks out of Miami, earlier this year, I did a similar training run at a much faster pace. I'm just making sure I have my nutrition and hydration in order, so I don't die in the race. I'll update with the results, what ever they may be, LOL.</p></blockquote><p></p>
