Can a driver get fired for running a red light.

Obviously was driving too close and didn't have an adequate space cushion, he also didn't clear the intersection.

If you had got into an accident yes you could be fired. Being there was no accident UPS will probably give you an Atta Boy. They encourage speeding and all other forms of dangerous driving-- anything to make the numbers look good is ok.
We watched your video in our PCM. Broad & Vine, right? You may not be fired but they said you're on the hook for that red light camera ticket.
