If i got hired 9/23. WHat are the chances that I'm permanent? Had interview 9/16 told me I got job and had a tour to go to 9/17. I just hope I'm permanent.

You're permanent you will have days towards book before October 15th. Just work everyday, no lateness or absences and you'll be fine
Until one of the HR watchdogs sees that you are posting here, then you're toast.
While on probation, I have posted some ridiculously crazy stuffs on here and gave HR many hints about my whereabouts, and look, I'm still.
