Seniority dates

I finally got my transfer to the building I wanted to go to. I started working and then seen a bunch of new drivers coming out of training to be a full time driver like a week or 2 after I already started working in my new building. I seen the building seniority list and they have more seniority than me almost by a week, and I know for a fact they weren’t even working in the building because I remember having to help one of them a couple times during his first or 2nd day out on road. Can this be right? And also they all started after 10/2018 would they be under the new contract also?

So when you were being a big pusillanimous before and trying to get a emergency transfer. It was all about just wanting to transfer wasn't it?

Maybe they skipped over you because they know you scary easily and won't fight it.
