    Here's our voice the management told us Friday. Best joke I heard all week.

    Pay will score low and they won't even show results. Whose all taking?

    Operational Needs.....Management told us that this is the way to voice our opinion. That is why we take the SFA. We all know they look at these results at Fred's country club.

    "best joke I heard all week" - He is saying that in response to this being OUR voice. DRA is implying that management does not listen to what the SFA says

    "Pay will score low and they wont' show results" - I don't know how to explain that any better

    Me too!! I figured they had 29 of my years to get right. And they failed us

    That sounds like a very logical position. I'm looking forward to not even bothering with this job.

    Since I am a rank and file member of the good ol' boys club. Not only to I give rave reviews, I manage to sneak my employee ID # on it somewhere so they know who polishes the chrome around here. :blushing2:

    SFA hasn't even started here and I'm already being bugged to get it done.

    I saw a handout that one of the op's managers here handed out to his work group. It had a schedule (date/time) each of his employees would be scheduled to take the SFA.

    What happens if you just sit there and stare blankly at the screen, and don't take it? Will you get an OLCC for a non-productive code on your timecard?

    I don't see any benefit in taking the SFA. At least no benefit to the employee.

    The 5 minutes it takes me to mark strongly disagree on 90% of the survey isn't worth me coming in early for.

    I get paid anyway. I'm just doing something useful that doesn't insult my intelligence.
    My location does not schedule extra time to take the survey.
