She deserves everything she gets from her irresponsible actions. That picture of her today on CNN was priceless, when she was in the back of the police car crying. Or caught on camera yelling for "mommy"! well mommy can't help her now. She wanted and brought this fame on herself. She is a spoiled brat who needs a good spanking.

On a positive note, Maybe this will wake her up and mature her. She has the power and following to make a positive out of this by influencing the younger crowd that warships her so much.

It's too late for her. She has been raised as a spoiled little princess and that's probably all she'll ever be.

Reminds me of a sticker slapper we had awhile back. All she did was stand there and do labels. Wouldn't lift a package or ever offer to help. Between trailers she stood still like a draft horse tied to a rail. They finally told her to open some bags of smalls and scan them. She went over, showed them her long, painted fingernails and told them she couldn't do it. They told her yes, she would do it. She didn't last too long after that.

We have another one who kept her fingers taped for months because of blisters from the labels. She's now out on comp. Makes me grateful I can work and take care of myself. How scary to be such a helpless piece of work.

I certainly don't agree with Paris's actions leading up to her incarcaration, however to release her into "house arrest" then take her back to jail is cruel punishment...akin to teasing a pet with morsels of food...Would it not be a better punishment to order her to the ranks of community service to actually do SOMETHING constructive? Can you not imagine the lovely (sic) heiress o the roadside with a orange vest and a plastic bag making our roadways free of trash...or better than that working in a senior citizen home helping with the bed-pans.

As it stands now she will just sit in a cell and work on her manuscript of her stay behind the iron doors (which will certainly make her a load of money)
I keep thinking about the passage in the Bible admonishing us to "judge not lest you be judged!":thumbup1::thumbup1::thumbup1:BC

I never knew who Paris Hilton was til she got a dui. Kinda like Anna Nicole Smith. The news sucks anymore. Nothing of real importance is being shown. We are all being brainwashed to really give a crap about what some rich princess is going through. Im sure there are beautiful women, and handsome young men, going to jail every day for making a mistake, and ya never hear about that.
I know DUS in Ohio , is almost worse than getting another DUI.
If it were me, tooner, I would be on death row by now.
Its kinda sad "her people" didnt tell her tho. Thats all shes known, its really not her fault, that she didnt know what her punishment entailed, aka not allowed to drive. She should have known but having people all your life telling you what to do and not do, she probably truly doesnt know how to handle things by herself. Im sure "her People" thought she would be let go.
So shes only gotta spend one hr a day with the population, and Im sure she will be guarded heavily. Or law suits will follow if someone messes up her face, or worse kills her.

Tie, I don`t think your wife would approve of that, but it`s a thought.
Wife? Tie has a wife? Need to see a wedding photo. As for "T"s sicko fantasy about Paris it only goes to prove what a bunch of sexually repressed managers are stuck in the building during the day leering at the underlings. "T" put some browns on, yes those you still haven't worn from the Carter administration, and get out on a ride a long. Go with a driver with some game, see and meet real women(non internet) and maybe some of that game might rub off on you. Paris doesn't need some decrepit GUY trying to teach her about BDSM SICKO!

Cheryl, can videos be uploaded here? :w00t:
Not yet, there is a software add on that I tried a couple of months ago but it was incompatible with something about our server set up. There's a new version coming out any day that is supposed to work here. I'll post a notice when it is installed.

I by no means am a Paris Hilton fan. She got what she deserves. Although, I do think her having to serve her full sentence, as opposed to to 23 days, due the actions of the Sheriff dept, I don't quite understand.

Now this I don't get. Preacher's wife shoots him in the back with a shotgun, takes off with her 3 girls to Alabama is caught, and this is the end result????

SELMER, Tennessee (AP) -- A woman who killed her preacher husband with a shotgun blast to the back as he lay in bed was sentenced Friday to three years in prison, but she may end up serving only 60 days in a mental hospital.

Mary Winkler must serve 210 days, or about seven months, of her sentence before she can be released on probation, but she gets credit for the five months she has already spent in jail, Judge Weber McCraw said.

That leaves only two months, and McCraw said up to 60 days of the sentence could be served in a facility where she could receive mental health treatment. That means Winkler may not serve any significant time in prison.

Winkler, 33, was convicted of voluntary manslaughter in April and could have received up to six years for killing her husband, Matthew, in the parsonage where the family lived in March 2006.

At her trial she testified she was physically and emotionally abused by her husband, but at her sentencing hearing Friday she said, "I think of Matthew every day, and I'll always miss him and love him."

She pleaded to the judge for leniency, and asked to be reunited with her three daughters, who are now in the custody of Matthew Winkler's parents. The judge denied Winkler's request for full probation or judicial diversion, which would have eventually cleared her record of the conviction.

Prosecutors had sought a murder conviction against Mary Winkler, who they alleged had been trying to keep her husband from learning about a check-kiting scheme. They claimed she had become caught up in a swindle known as the "Nigerian scam," which promises riches to victims who send money to cover the processing expenses.

Winkler, however, testified during her trial that her husband hit and kicked her, forced her to look at pornography and demanded sex she considered unnatural. Jurors were shown a pair of tall, platform shoes and a black wig Winkler said she was pressured to wear during sex.

Matthew Winkler's family said at the sentencing hearing that Mary Winkler's allegations amounted to a second attack on her husband, a popular 31-year-old preacher at the Fourth Street Church of Christ in Selmer.
"The monster that you have painted for the world to see? I don't think that monster existed," said Matthew Winkler's mother, Diane Winkler.

When Mary Winkler took the stand, she turned to her husband's family and told them she was "so sorry this has happened." She said she understood they were angry with her and that she prayed every night for them to have peace.

Mary Winkler was arrested a day after shooting her husband. She was found 340 miles away on the Alabama coast, driving the family minivan with her daughters inside.

Diane Winkler testified that the girls, ages 9, 7 and 2, were having nightmares about people with guns breaking into their house.
"You've never told your girls you're sorry. Don't you think you at least owe them that?" she asked.

Mary Winkler's sister, Tabitha Freeman, asked the judge to give her a chance to be reunited with her children, and called her "the best example of a good person I can think of."
"She just needs them. She's not complete without them," Freeman said.

Maybe its just me because I drive for a living, but if I'm as rich as Paris Hilton, I'm never going to be the one driving even when I'm sober! Even on my UPS wage, outside of work I drive as little as possible. My girlfriend or my buddies are more than happy to drive when we go out. I'm not saying she needs to ride around in a limo, but if I were rich I would hire a personal driver who's only job would to drive me around in my mercedes. I will never understand why so many famous people are getting arrested for DUI:confused:1
