You hold their hand at first and help them along the way, but there is a certain point where you have to say, alright buddy, time to sink or swim. You usually know by day 12-13 whether they are going to make it or not. This is not a touchy-feely company. I want people to succeed, but I'm not going to qualify you because I don't want your feelings to be hurt. Being a service provider is not for everybody. You need to keep that in mind or else you're going to have a whole bunch of drivers 2+ hours over everyday and a butt hole stretched as wide as a storm drain.</blockquote>
