How about suggest a different idea like pt start at 20 an hour and get so much extra for 5/10/15 years of dedicated service you can reach that ft pay. Either way it still wont be going in this contract and your replys still are meaningless. Aka beating a drum not to mention a dead horse.</blockquote>
