Preload is tough, no doubt they should get a raise too, but I still think being full time driving is harder. It’s not the same. I had that mentality when I was pt , thinking that the drivers were spoiled and made too much. Until I got the job and did it for awhile then I realized it wasn’t so easy .You have far more responsibilities . There’s a lot more to it than pt.
