On Tuesday, I was told that I am going to FDC. The supervisor over there told me that it would be about 5-9 days before I was moved. He said to me, kind of frustrated "Look, you are going to go to FDC when small sort is fully staffed. Stop asking me everyday!" (paraphrased). I feel bad for him, because we are severely understaffed. However, I have a friend who went to FDC who waited for 3 months because they are understaffed. I was wondering what is the appropriate amount of time before I file a grievance to get moved.</blockquote>
