If the ACA is overturned away go the protections afforded those with those conditions who could then be kicked off their insurance plan or be denied coverage altogether. The DOJ with the support if not the direction of Trump administration has asked SCOTUS to uphold the Texas ruling that declared the ACA unconstitutional. What this could mean for you and those like you is that if you were to return to the states before you turn 65 and go on Medicare if the GOP hasn't abolished it by that time and the ACA is overturned  you could be denied health insurance based on your preexisting conditions if you were to apply for health insurance.</p></blockquote><p></p>
