I’ve seen many people not make it due to injuries, miss important  family events, kids ball, games, girls dance recitals, not make it in time for a loved one that was passing away. I’ve seen many people have nervous breakdowns on route while their life is spinning out of control because of a situation at Home. I have a great respect for people who do this job for this many years. It’s not a complaint.
