SSD's (PVD's) implemented 6-7 weeks from Christmas. New contract already ignored?

One of the biggest changes in the new contract is being blatantly ignored just months after passage. Why is this being allowed to proceed?

I have an SSD today while being dispatched less than 8 hours (I will stretch it into 8).

Would be nice to see copy of the actual article. We do know that it's no more than 5 weeks though, it was one of the highlighted wins in the contract. So the earliest UPS could put PVDs on the road this year is Monday, November 20th.

I believe there is verbiage in there protecting your rights to overtime as well. So if they have your work, and you're under 8, file
