When she sold the place, it was on the market for 45 minutes and got full asking price. There are no empty houses there now....but they are adding a second phase to the development and people are already lining up to buy.  Union membership is declining due to the outsourcing of manufacturing jobs to China amd Mexico. The slow, cancerous growth of "right-to-work" states hasnt helped either. Neither has NAFTA. Our government, and the big corporations that have bought and paid for it, havent exactly been what you could call pro-union for at least 30 years.</blockquote>
