This is a typical day at ADDILT: 1.) Outbound dock is clean, therefore it must be overstaffed so send someone home. 2.) Another outbound dock blows up with supervisor working, understaffed to begin with 3.) FT sup decides to pull sorter off isle to clean up loads, PT sup starts sorting 4.) By the time the sup can find a working scaner... load for 2 minutes 5.) Sort isle blows up litterally 10 mins later so the spothelp sorter is sent back, sup still working 6.) Flow spike to SD's so belts start going off now the whole wing is melting down 7.) Repeat I remember one day I was bounced around between 4 different outbounds and the sort isle about 6 or 7 times. Hey Sup *******, the majority of the labor force at UPS is part-time (25hrs). We work our way up from the bottom based on senority. Getting a full time job can take years. Can you really be this ignorant? No one is going to put a gun to our heads when we decide to go on strike because of how (admittitly) crappy our jobs are. The real HONEST reason why sups are working, is so they can fudge their productivity numbers to impress their *****master. This is so blantly obvious, but you stups will never admit it.
