[QUOTE="Capt_Matt, post: 376576, member: 16508"] I know no one put a gun to my head since the security guards don't carry any! But I did sign my life away it seems when i was hired by UPS. I did work a 40 hour job before i came to UPS. I know how it is like to work 40 hours! I used my 40 hour job to help pay for my schooling. I decided to leave when i didn't want to move with the company to its new location. So i signed my life away at UPS! Were I can get them to help me pay for my schooling. I took this job for the schooling and the benefits and i knew in time i will make good money. Now UPS wants say oh sorry we aren't going to pay you well since inflation is up and are in a recession! Well we wouldn't be in recession if people were actually going out and buying stuff and having fun! Now would we????? Also there is a call in list for management to call higher seniority people to fill jobs when people don't come in. Plus when i first started at UPS i was trained to help any dock possible and not be assigned to one dock. I knew what went it almost every trailer in my wing and knew i had to break jams. Now the trainers are lazy and don't teach anything to anyone! They train like crap and that makes walls crappier thanks to the trainer! i'm just going to leave it at that....this site makes my blood boil because of stupid management!
