I also found the battles with USPS and the history of UPS Air to be interesting. However, I found the other half of the book to be out of touch and nothing more than cheerleading.</p><p></p><p>A better book for the rank and file or business agents to read is the Big Brown Lie. I think this book captures the daily life of an average UPSer and its explotation by both UPS and the Teamsters better.</p></blockquote><p></p>
