Of course they are loosing cash. They ship a package NDA, instead of ground- from their location in our city, to our center hold for pickup for the IBM techs. It happens all the time.

Thanks for tip to the Yahoo board, you always find good info there from folks in the know. It was very useful during another downsizing process I was involved in in the printing industry.

Its IBM's account number. The NDA is so the Tech can repair the machine. Much cheaper than Best Flight Service.
