If they still won’t let you get the surgery they may be right, but I would still demand physical therapy at the least. Your gonna have to take time off for that but if it’s comp you’ll get a check. If you go back to work and it still bothers you, come in one night and tell whoever is covering that your elbow is killing you and your going to an ER. The Doc there will X-ray it again prescribe rest and meds, more time off. This will get old real quick to them and if you genuinely need the surgery they’ll be more than willing to let you have it. It’s a game, but if you work with a screwed up elbow it could get much worse for you.</p></blockquote><p></p>
