This morning's SCOTUS ruling puts Trump's reelection campaign in a crisis. Get reelected and the statute of limitations regarding many of the charges will likely expire before he leaves . Fail to gain reelection then the days of "can't prosecute a sitting president" will come to an end. And given that at that point he's politically powerless and no longer useful to anyone his defenders one by one will go quietly into the night and he will be left standing with his thumb in his rectum desperate to find a legal team willing to represent him knowing that they're not likely to get paid.
