IF THEY BREAK THE LAW AND YOU ALLOW THEM TO DO IT YOU MAY BE HELD LIABLE TOO BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T REPORT CRIMINAL ACTIVITY THAT YOU WITNESSED HAPPENING.
