At least one of them is on road everyday doing the quarterly rides. At least one of them shows up shortly after the preload starts and begins working on staffing, figuring out splits and fielding calls from drivers wanting the day off. One of the sups is basically in charge of ordering uniforms, another in charge of ordering supplies and the other is in charge of making sure our center manager doesn't need TP. LOL, OK that last one was a joke.....kinda sorta. The point is, much of the things we as drivers need done can only be done by supervisors and much of it gets put off as long as possible simpley because they don't have time to do everything.</blockquote>
