I think it is legal and very, very complicated. I just hope that you all continue to urge the use of seatbelts a month from now when this thread swings back to how Telematics is just a Big Brother secret spy way of making drivers wear them.&nbsp;&nbsp; Seatbelts are just like so many of the methods we use every day over and over again; we eventually decide we don&#039;t really need to use them and then that becomes the habit and then one day, we are very, very sorry for it.</blockquote>
