There's a procedure that if followed can greatly help in preventing or at least controlling fire's . Picking up dead timber , also clearing out lanes of trees and creating open fields to limit fire's from getting out of control also making fire stations with water tanks and airplanes in high risk area's . California does none of that because they spend money on high speed trains that never get finished and never will !!!!</p></blockquote><p></p>
