Message: <blockquote data-quote="Irishman Collins" data-source="post: 1292706" data-attributes="member: 52406"><p>Wouldn't the prudent thing to do if you are Mr. Hoffa is wait until his members are protected from the A.C.A. before he agreed to put us in this "unsustainable" plan?  Why is he and hall still pushing us into this plan when they know we need protection against ObamaCare?   In addition, couldn't the Riders that are remaining have language that stops the progress of their members going into the Taft Hartley Plan. i.e., All bargaining unit employees will go into the said Master language regarding Health care upon the date of legislation allowing exemptions for Taft Hartley Plans.  Until such legislation passes bargaining Unit employees shall remain in their current Health plans.</p></blockquote><p></p>
