Just a general observation.
1) INCREDULITY: "HOLY ! There's no way all this is gonna fit in these trucks.
But I'll do my best and prove they hired the right guy for this job."
2) DISBELIEF: "You mean it gets worse?! 40 irregulars and 5 or more 30+ piece
bulk stops? None of which I'm allowed to stack out?! It's okay. I'll get through
this somehow."
3) ANGER: "AGAIN?! THESE TRUCKS BLOW OUT EVERY DAY, AND TO TOP IT ALL
OFF HERE COME THE DRIVERS AT THE END OF THE SHIFT TO THROW TANTRUMS
AND TREAT ME LIKE I SHOULD BE WEARING A BIB AND HELMET."
4) RESIGNATION: "I no longer care. Write me up. Harass me. Embarrass me. Berate
me. I no longer fear termination, incarceration or even death."

To those of you who graduated Stage 4, congratulations. You've achieved enlightenment. You're now bulletproof. Maintain good attendance and all will be well. Except for your skeleton. Be prepared to be asked why you walk funny everywhere you go.

I prefer stage 5, where you combine stage 1 and stage 4 and tank your PPH to 50 an hour while rearranging bulk for the 10th time.
