Tennessee - 36.5%

Michigan - 36.0%
Louisiana - 35.9%
South Carolina - 35.4%

But I guess you can claim that means they're well-fed.

As Ross Perot noted, Arkansas has a smaller population than the DFW metro area. An Arkansas governor saying he could be president is like the owner of a successful mom-and-pop store saying he could run Walmart.

Hey, if parents can declare that their 5 year old child is a transsexual because they do or like something that goes against gender stereotypes, maybe it’s not unreasonable that they should be allowed to let that child work when they’re triple or nearly triple that age.
