Either way those programs are tiny and won’t move the needle at all on the debt.Anyone serious about the debt either has to raise taxes to get budget surpluses to pay down the debt or cut spending and cutting spending is all about cutting social security, Medicare, and Medicaid as well as all military spending. Those are the programs that make up vast majority government spending.</blockquote>
