It would take a conspiracy of thousands of people to affect an election in just a single district through in person voter fraud. You would need all the voter registration info and then thousands of people to show up an impersonate voters of the opposition. You would need none of those actual voters to show up and start raising hell when they're told their vote was already cast. It's never happened and is extremely unlikely to ever happen. It is far more likely voter ID laws are designed to suppress the vote because in low turnout elections republicans win.</p></blockquote><p></p>
