One thing he has learned since then, he said, is that “dealings with interest” are “strictly forbidden” under Islam.</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 22px"></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 22px"><strong>“I am offering to pay off the original amount I owe,” Amir graciously offered.
