I do not know if he’s correct it cannot be given to judicial review. But even saying that I believe that judicial branch has the right to decide what they can and can’t review doesn’t mean the executive branch has to listen to them or follow that decision. That would be up to the legislature to decide what to do if the president doesn’t follow it. We are not bound to judicial supremacy.</blockquote>
