Message: <blockquote data-quote="vantexan" data-source="post: 2970317" data-attributes="member: 24302"><p>Back when it was based on reviews topped out couriers got 7's because they were only getting a small percentage raise.  Couriers who 8-10 years and not topped out were getting 5.8 or so and told that was a good raise even though the 15 yr topped out guy never unloaded cans, never volunteered for Saturday, and had a rt with a third of the freight and was off no later than 1630.  If you have a system now that gives you around 6% a year be thankful and don't worry about the fairness.  It's been a lot more unfair in the past.</p></blockquote><p></p>
