I've got less than 7 years till retirement. This contract has alot of problems, too many concessions, not enough improvement. And all the threats about how we should vote yes or all kinds of bad things are going to happen. That should make the hair stand up on your neck and serve as a RED Flag that something wrong is about to happen. Our union and UPS are too closely aligned on this contract for me to believe it benefits us. VOTE NO-send them back to the bargaining table! There's BIG problems in local 705 with UPS not adhering to contract language. and Our teamster brothers are fighting the good fight just for what's fair and things that have already been agreed upon in the last contract. And this new proposed contract is more vague and absract than the last one . And our union is having a hell of a time just to get UPS to do what they had previously signed and agreed to. I had a brother tell me that he has not been granted a 8hr in over 2 years. This proposed contract will make it worse. Get the word out-" We've got trouble right here in river city- with a capital T"
