Tracking package question..

I tracked a package of mine and it says an "exception: has occured. This is what it shows

Type: Package Status: Exception

Your tracking detail shows that the pkg was in the facility an hour before the billing information was received. It is normally the other way around as the billing information is received either when the pkg is processed if done online or when the shipper performs the end of day processing. It appears to me that the pkg was processed but was not given to UPS thus delaying the pkg at least one day which means you should expect delivery on Monday.
