Or could all these peace offerings actually becoming from China ?

NK has destroyed their testing site , left the area near a volcano on the Chinese Border unstable, so unstable that radiation pollution is coming out of the ground ,
and has no more billions left nor will China loan them the funds to build a new test site.

President Trump did the right thing Thursday when he canceled his planned June 12 summit in Singapore with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un and pledged to continue a “maximum pressure campaign” against the nuclear-armed communist dictatorship.

Kim really gave President Trump no choice, after North Korean propaganda outlets once again made veiled references to a potential nuclear clash with the U.S. After that, President Trump would have looked weak and foolish to meet with the dictator – with a summit essentially legitimizing Kim.

Trump had to cancel the North Korea summit -- We almost lost sight of who we're dealing with

The great negotiator failed? Go figure.
It's called taking the upper hand. The pressure is on the dictator. We don't owe them any concessions. Maybe you don't understand why a backwards, underdeveloped country that has isolated itself and fed its citizens propaganda for decades shouldn't have nuclear arms.

It will be fine

That was all true before Trump accepted the offer to meet.
