They failed us as leaders.&nbsp; Tim and his crew lead from the beginning.&nbsp; They could have let the h/w funds run out and then blame it all on howie but as soon as they got in, they tackled that problem and made some tough decisions that werent politically popular were in hindsight they needed to be done!!Finally, it hasnt been 5 years for howie.&nbsp; His last day was dec 31 2009.&nbsp; So we have been without him for only 3 1/2 years.</blockquote>
